Still the temperatures remain at high levels (36-38oC) in the Northwest, North of the Central Region (from Thanh Hoa to Hue) and all over the South of Vietnam (Saigon, the vincinity and the Mekong Delta). Temperatures are high from 1000 A.M through 16:00 and it is recommended to stay indoors during these hours.
21-April-2019 The temperatures have got lower in most of the lowlands in northern Vietnam. Nice weather is found in the Northeast, much of the Red River Delta, south of the Central Region (from Quang Ngai to Binh Thuan) and the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Very hot weather is found in the Northwest of Vietnam, the north of the Central Region (north of Hai Van Pass) and all of South Vietnam. Hanoi is breezy and cloudy, but humid still and the realfeel is wam but much better than yesterday.

The provinces in the Central Region south of the Hai Van Pass (from Da Nang to Binh Thuan) have a sunny day with temperatures below 35oC.
