The Dau Tieng Reservoir, which stretches in Tay Ninh, Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc Provinces of Vietnam, is among the biggest man-made reservoir in Vietnam and in Southeast Asia. Most of the reservoir is in Tay Ninh Province.
The Dau Tieng Reservoir was created by blocking part of the current of the Saigon River. The work was done from 1981 to 1985. The total surface water area of the Dau Tieng Reservoir is 270km2.

The reservoir is 90km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City and 25km east of Tay Ninh City.
