1/ The Mable Mountains
The cluster of mountains are believed to represent the Five Elements of the Earth: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth. There are magnificent cave pagodas in these mountains and these should not be missed on your trip to Da Nang. The trip to the Marble Mountain takes a couple of hours from Da Nang City center.
2/ The Beaches: Pham Van Dong, Bac My An, Non Nuoc Beach…
The beaches stretch from Da Nang City all the way to Hoi An Old Town which is about 30-40km long.
3/ Ba Na Hills
The series of hills with highest peak of 1487m. Visiting the hills takes almost full day from either Da Nang or Hoi An. All vehicles must top at a point where you start moving by cable car. There are lots of things to see on Ba Na Hills: The Golden Bridge, Theme Parks, Buddhist pagodas, observation towers...
4/ Son Tra Peninsula
There are two routes to explore the peninsula and both offer great experiences: wild life, pagodas, breathtaking views of the East Vietnam Sea and Da Nang City. There are deserted beaches for you to get away from the crowds.
Make sure you have a local guide before venturing into the jungle, there are often people who get lost in the wild and some would not return alive! Allow half a day at least for your visit to Son Tra.
5/ The Han Market in Da Nang City
Have a look at local life and maybe get some souvenirs for your beloved ones!
6/ The Cham Museum
The museum takes a couple of hours and it is overwhelming with artefacts from the Cham Civilization. If you love ancient cultures and sculptures, you should not miss this amazing museum.
7/ Nam O Fish Sauce Village, Nam O Beach, Red Beach
If you have time and you are interested in war history, local culture, vanishing occupations, quiet beach… you’ll love this spot.
8/ The Dragon Bridge
The bridge design ideas were initiated from 2005 and the construction was debuted in 2009. The bridge was completed in 2013 There are shows at the Dragon Bridge in Da Nang every Saturday and Sunday evening at 09:00 P.M.
During the fire show the dragon spits out two series of fire balls each of which include 9 fire balls: the diameter of each is about 3-4m, each travels 9-10m. During the water show, which follows the fire show, the dragon spit out water thrice.
