16-April-2019 People get back to work after long public holidays in Vietnam. It remains mostly rainy and cloudy in northern Vietnam and hot in the South of Vietnam. The Central Regions of Vietnam and the Central Highlands enjoy a sunny day and pleasant temperatures.
1/The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): rainy and cloudy, 18-24oC. Dong Van Pleau (Ha Giang) is cloudy & rainy, 17-19oC.
The Northwest of Vietnam (Hoa Binh, Yen Bai, Lao Cai): rainy in Yen Bai and sunny in the others; 22-30oC. Sapa is sunny, 12-19oC. Mu Cang Chai is rainy and cloudy, 17-26oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau are sunny, 22-35oC. Moc Chau Plateau is cloudy,19-21oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh) are rainy, 22-26oC. Hanoi has light rains like in the winter in the morning with strong northeasterly wind, very strange but lovely temperatures in the afternoon and evening.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) are cloudy in Thanh Hoa & Ha Tinh, rainy in Nghe An, 24-31oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: cloudy and sunny, 26-35oC.
Da Nang, Hoi An: sunny, 25-32oC;
Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): sunny, 22-32oC.
Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): sunny, 27-33oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) are sunny, 22-33oC; Da Lat is sunny, 17-24oC.
5/The South of Vietnam (Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta) is sunny, 26-36oC. The temperatures get slightly better in Saigon but remain hot in the Mekong Delta.
Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc are sunny; Tay Ninh has rains in the evening; 25-37oC.
Con Dao Islands are cloudy, 26-29oC; Phu Quoc Island is sunny, 27-32oC.
