1/The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): cloudy, 22-27oC. Dong Van Pleau (Ha Giang) is cloudy & sunny, 19-22oC.
The Northwest of Vietnam (Hoa Binh, Yen Bai, Lao Cai): sunny; 23-31oC. Sapa is sunny, 14-2oC. Mu Cang Chai is sunny, 18-27oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: rainy in Son La, sunny in the others, 24-35oC; Dien Bien Phu is hot, 23-36oC. Moc Chau Plateau is cloudy, 20-25oC. The heat strike comes from the afternoon which cause record-high temperatures in the Northwest of Vietnam: 40oC at Song Ma (Son La), 39.5oC at Muong La (Son La), 38.2 at Muong Lay (Dien Bien), 37.5 at Muong Te (Lai Chau)...
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh) are cloudy, 24-28oC.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) are cloudy & sunny, 26-31oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)

Da Nang, Hoi An: sunny, 26-32oC;
