21-April-2019 The temperatures have got lower in most of the lowlands in northern Vietnam. Nice weather is found in the Northeast, much of the Red River Delta, south of the Central Region (from Quang Ngai to Binh Thuan) and the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Very hot weather is found in the Northwest of Vietnam, the north of the Central Region (north of Hai Van Pass) and all of South Vietnam. Hanoi is breezy and cloudy, but humid still and the realfeel is wam but much better than yesterday.
If you are in the high-temperature regions today, it is recommended to stay indoors from 1100 A.M to 1600, to drink lots of water, have covers when going out... and refrain from intakes of alcoholic drinks, cafeinated drinks. Adventure tours in the Northwest of Vietnam are not recommended today; cycling and trekking should not be done during the strong-sun hours.

Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: bright sunshine and hot, patchy rains in Son La in the afternoon, 24-37oC. Moc Chau Plateau is sunny, 27-30oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh) are sunny, 26-34oC. Ninh Binh is sunny and hot, 27-36oC.
