Vietnam Weather in August

Typhoon No.3 in Vietnam in 2019 (Typhoon Waphi) has weakened to be a tropical depression after making landfall at Mong Cai City (Quang Ninh Province) and is making its way wsw through Halong Bay, Hai Phong... to the Red River Delta in northern Vietnam. Torrential rains all over the North, part of the north of the Central Coast (Thanh Hoa), rains in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. The new tropical storm which formed in the northeast of the Luzon Island on 30-August-2019 is moving westward and is expected to strenghten to be another typhoon in the East Sea of Vietnam soon.
