Thanh Hoa (Quan Son) is still flooded. Afternoon torrential rains continue in Thanh Hoa (Hoi Xuan, Sam Son) and Nghe An (Quy Chau).

- Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh: some sun, clouds, rains, 25-32oC.
- Con Dao Islands have clouds and rains, strong southwesterly wind, rough sea, 28oC.
- Phu Quoc Island has clouds, rains, strong southwesterly wind, rough sea, 26-29oC.
