Typhoon Podul has made landfall in Ha Tinh and Quang Binh and weakened to be a tropical depression. A new tropical depression has formed east of the Luzon Island (the Philippines) which is expect to move westward and could strengthen to be another tropical storm. Rains are expected in most of Vietnam today. It is strong wind and rough sea mostly from the Central Coast into the Rach Gia Gulf.
