01:00 A.M The tropical depression which had formed on 30-August-2019 has entered the area of the East Sea at 740km east north-east of the Paracel Islands (Vietnam) carrying sustained winds of 40-60kph. The projected path in the next 24 hours is west.
The new tropical storm which formed in the northeast of the Luzon Island on 30-August-2019 is moving westward and is expected to strenghten to be another typhoon in the East Sea of Vietnam soon. Rains are expected in most of Vietnam today. It is strong wind and rough sea mostly from the Central Coast into the Rach Gia Gulf. Hanoi has a cloudy day with some light showers, some torrential rains, very pleasant temperatures.
