General Weather Patterns in Vietnam in November
November is the end of autumn and beginning of winter in northern Vietnam with temperatures ranging from slightly chilly to very pleasant (20-30oC).
November is the high rainy season with pleasant temperatures in the Central Coast of Vietnam.
November is the end or about the end the rainy season in the Central Highlands and southern Vietnam. The temperatures in the Central Highlands are 19-28oC and those in southern Vietnam are 24-32oC.
The prevalent winds in Vietnam in November is often the Northeasterly Wind which has impact on almost all of Vietnam. Southern Vietnam and the Central Highlands are still to have some days with the Southwesterly Wind which causes some minor rain.

There may be tropical depressions or typhoons in Vietnam in November which is more likely to have impact on the Central Coast of Vietnam and the consequences are often floods in several places in the region.
The Northeasterly Wind causes rough sea all over the country from the top north to the bottom south of Vietnam. During the time under impact of a typhoon or tropical depression, extremely rough sea is expected in the Central Region of Vietnam and southern Vietnam, and boat traffic between the inland and the offshore islands are disrupted in these regions.
Possible Dangers From Extreme Weather: Landslides, Rock Slides, Flash Floods in the mountains of the North and the Central Region of Vietnam.
There are chances of weather dangers in Vietnam in November which are more likely to come from torrential rain which is often worse due to occasional typhoons or tropical depressions.
It is the norm that more dangers are in the Central Region of Vietnam in November. There may be some dangers between roads connecting the Central Highlands and the Central Coast.
