Heat strike in the Central Coast from Quang Tri to Da Nang. A little bit warm in the Red River Delta. The southwesterly monsoon is strong and the the sea is rough from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang. The strong Southwesterly monsoon causes torrential rains in South Vietnam and the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Floods remain in the Central Highlands of Vietnam and the Phu Quoc Island.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): sun mostly, some clouds, isolated thunderstorms, 25-33oC in Lang Son and Cao Bang, 25-34oC in Bac Kan and Ha Giang. Dong Van Plateau has sun, clouds, isolated thunderstorms, 19-26oC.

+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, 26-35oC. Sapa has sun, clouds, 18-24oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, isolated rains, 20-27oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, isolated thunderstorms, 25-34oC.

2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) sun mostly, clouds, scattered thunderstorms, 27-34oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: mostly sun, clouds, isolated thunderstorms, 28-35oC mostly, 28-36oC in Quang Tri.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: clouds, sun, 27-37oC;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): sun, clouds, isolated thunderstorms, 26-35oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): sun mostly, some clouds, scattered rains in Binh Thuan, 26-33oC mostly, 25-30oC in Binh Thuan.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) some sun in Kon Tum, rains in the others, pleasant temperatures, 22-28oC mostly, 21-25oC in Pleiku. Da Lat has clouds, rains, 17-21oC.
Several areas in the Central Highlands of Vietnam are still flooded.

5/The South of Vietnam: clouds, rains, pleasant temperatures, rough sea.
- Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta have clouds and rains, pleasant temperatures, 27-30oC in Vung Tau, 25-31oC in the others.

- Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh: some sun, some clouds, rains mostly, 24-30oC mostly.
Part of Dong Nai is flooded.
- Con Dao Islands have rains, strong southwesterly wind, rough sea, 28-29oC.
- Phu Quoc Island has rains, strong southwesterly wind, rough sea, extremely strong waves, weak sunshine from mid day, 26-29oC.
The Phu Quoc Island is still flooded but the water level is getting lower.
