Vietnam Airlines Increases Ceiling Airfares

Vietnam Airlines has officially announced increase in ceiling airfares for the domestic flights in Vietnam with distance from above 500km from 1-April-2014. With the new pricing scale, the ceiling airfares for the domestic flights in Vietnam are as follows:

Flights of less than 500km, the ceiling airfare is 1.7 million VND.

Flights from 500km to less than 850km, ceiling airfare increases from 1.94 to 2.25 million VND.

Flights from 850km to less than 1,000km, ceiling airfare increases from 2.58 to 2.89 million VND.

Flights from 1,000km to less than 1,280km, ceiling airfare increases from 2.72 to 3.4 million VND.

Flights from 1,280km, ceiling airfare increases from 3,43 to 4 million VND.

Other air firms in Vietnam including VietJetAir and Jetstar Pacific has no plans for increasing ceiling airfares just yet.
