The weather pattern in the North of Vietnam seems to change into autumn and that in Central Coast of Vietnam seems to switch to the early rainy season. The southwesterly monsoon is strong in the sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, and the sea in the area is rough. The tropical depression which has strengthened to be a typhoon (Typhoon No.3 in 2019) keeps moving closer to the northern coast of Vietnam. Hanoi has a half sunny-cloudy day with pleasant northerly wind which makes it more like a lovely autumn day!
