Nice temperatures and scattered rains in all over Vietnam. The weather pattern in the North of Vietnam seems to change into autumn and that in Central Coast of Vietnam seems to switch to the early rainy season. The southwesterly monsoon is strong in the sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, and the sea in the area is rough. The tropical depression which has strengthened to be a typhoon (Typhoon No.3 in 2019) keeps moving closer to the northern coast of Vietnam. Hanoi has a half sunny-cloudy day with pleasant northerly wind which makes it more like a lovely autumn day!
1/North Vietnam

+ Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, scattered rains, 25-32oC mostly, 25-30oC in Hoa Binh. Sapa has clouds, thunderstorms, 16-22oC. Mu Cang Chai has thunderstorms,18-25oC. Early morning orrential rains in in Hoa Binh (Da Bac), Thu Tho (Thanh Son).
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, scattered thunderstorms, 21-29oC mostly, 21-33oC in Lai Chau. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, rains, 19-23oC. Early morning orrential rains in Son La (Yen Chau, Phu Yen).
