Typhoon No. 2 (Doksuri) in Vietnam in 2023
27-July-2023 Typhoon Doksuri has crossed the Luzon Island (the Philippines) and entered the East Vietnam Sea becoming Typhoon No.2 in Vietnam in 2023.
At 10:00 A.M the Typhoon is packing sustained winds of 134-149kph. The projected path in the next 24 hours is North Northwest.
At 13:00 the Typhoon carries sustained winds of 134-166kph. The projected path in the next 24 hours is North Northwest. Given the projected path, the typhoon is not likely to have direct impact on the inland in Vietnam.
28-July-2023 07:00 Typhoon Doksuri is in the sea to the south of the Fujian Province (China) carrying sustained winds of 134-166kph. The projected path in the next 24 hours is North Northwest. The typhoon is not to have direct impact to Vietnam.
Later in the morning Typhoon Doksuri has made landfall in the south of Fujian Province (China) and will have weakened to be a tropical depression. The typhoon does not have impact in Vietnam. This is the last update for this storm.

Typhoon Prapiroon, No 2 in Vietnam in July 2024

07:00 A.M The tropical depression which forms in the East Vietnam Sea strengthened to be a typhoon with sustained winds of 62-74kph. The projected path is wnw covering 10-15kph. The path of Typhoon No. 2 is to be changed by another typhoon in Japan which is forecast to push the one in Vietnam further west.
