The tropical depression (Kajiki) has weakened to be a low pressure air trough which is moving northeast further away from the shore of Quang Tri - Quang Nam. The effects are heavy rains from Nghe An to Thua Thien Hue. It is strong wind and rough sea mostly from the Central Coast into the Rach Gia Gulf. Hanoi has a day with mild sunshine and gentle winds, extremely pleasant temperatures.
