The sun has come out again in northern Vietnam, showers are found in most of Vietnam. The Central Coast has sunshine and isolated t-storms and rains, and lovely temperatures. It is cloudy and there are rains in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam, high tides in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. Hanoi has a sunny and cloudy day, pleasant temperatures.
- Sudden floods at Binh Phuoc (Dong Xoai, Dong Phu) in the early morning caught people by surprise. Hundreds of houses are underwater. There have been torrential rains in the province several days before.
- Torrential rains in Ninh Thuan (Bac Ai, Ninh Son) and Binh Thuan (Duc Linh, Tanh Linh) in late afternoon.
- Late evening torrential rains in Ha Giang (Bac Quang, Quang Binh, Vi Xuyen), Tuyen Quang (Lam Binh, Chiem Hoa, Na Hang), Lao Cai (Bao Yen, Bac Ha, Van Ban).
