4-May-2019 A cloudy day all over Vietnam and rains in several regions of the country like yesterday. The temperatures are pleasant everywhere. Hanoi has a cloudy and wet morning, pleasant temperatures all the rest of the day. South of Vietnam has rains across several provinces.
1/The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds and patchy rains, 22-28oC. Dong Van Pleau (Ha Giang) is cloudy and rainy, 17-19oC.
The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, 24-31oC. Sapa is cloudy and rainy, 15-21oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds and a thundertorm, 19-21oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds, 22-34oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds and thunderstorms, 21-24oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): rains and clouds all over, lovely temperatures, 26-29oC. Hanoi is foggy in late afternoon and has light rain (dust rain) in the evening which is very strange as the fog is similar to that in the winter while the rain should be in February or March only.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds and rains, 26-32oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: clouds all over, rains in Quang Binh, 26-34oC.
Da Nang, Hoi An: clouds and sun, 26-32oC;
Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): sun and clouds, 26-34oC.
Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): clouds and sun, 26-33oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) clouds and sun, rains all over in the afternoon, 22-32oC. Da Lat has rains, 16-24oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
- Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta have clouds and rains, pleasant temperatures, 26-33oC.
- Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc: clouds mostly, rains in the afternoon, 26-34oC.
Con Dao Islands are clouds mostly, 28-30oC; Phu Quoc Island is cloudy, 27-32oC.
