The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have rains all over, 23-27oC mostly. Sapa has rains, 14-19oC. Mu Cang Chai has rains, 18-22oC. Torrential rains are at Yen Bai (Van Tran, Tram Tau and Mu Cang Chai) and Hoa Binh (Da Bac), Lao Cai (Muong Khuong, Bat Xat, Bac Ha, Van Ban).
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: rains all over, 22-28oC. Torrential rains at Thuan Chau, Moc Chau, Quynh Nhai, Muong La, Phu Yen. Moc Chau Plateau has rains, 20-22oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): rains all over, 24-28oC. Hanoi has a rainy day mostly, dry from mid afternoon.
