The Central Highlands and the South of Vietnam enjoy a great day today making it among the best times to visit these regions: sunshine, clouds, lovely temperatures. The North of Vietnam turns cloudy with some isolated rains as a new spell of cold wind is to sweep in. The Central Coast has more rains. Hanoi has a cloudy day, some short-lived light showers, and very pleasant temperatures.
The cold monsoon is starting to affect the weather in Vietnam's far northern mountains. The cold wind is to have its influence in the other regions later today: the North, the North of the Central Coast, and the middle of the Central Coast.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): little sun, clouds, 14-21/21/15-22/16-23oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, isolated evening rains, 11-15oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have mostly clouds, some isolated rains in Yen Bai, 18-23/23/16-22oC. Sapa has clouds, rains, 10-14oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rains, 11-18oC. Mai Chau has clouds, rains, 17-22oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: little sun, clouds, 14-22/13-23/15-25oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, isolated rains, 12-15oC.
