The North of Vietnam has a nice day with mostly clouds, some isolated rains. The Central Coast are deep in rains. Hanoi has a mostly cloudy day with pleasant temperatures.
A new cool air mass is moving southward and expected to have its effects in the Northeast of Vietnam from tomorrow afternoon.
1/North Vietnam

- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): mostly clouds, rains in Hai Phong and the south of the Red River Delta, 19-20/20-23oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 18-22/20-24oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
