The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have rains all over, Hoa Binh has torrential rains, attention to landslides and flash floods, 24-31oC mostly. Sapa has clouds and thunderstorms, 17-20oC. Mu Cang Chai has rains, 18-24oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: rains mostly, torrential rains in Dien Bien and Lai Chau, 21-29oC mostly. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds and thunderstorms, 21-24oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds and rains all over, 24-29oC mostly. Hanoi has a pleasant day with clouds mostly and light showers.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds mostly and some rains, 26-32oC in Thanh Hoa and 27-34oC in Nghe An and Ha Tinh.
