The North is experiencing very cold weather but the sun has come out making it a great day in most of northern Vietnam. The Central Coast and Central Highlands have mostly clouds ad rain. This is strange as it should have been the end of the rainy season here. The South of Vietnam has a lovely day with sun and pleasant temperatures, some isolated showers. It is very cold in the far northern mountains. Hanoi has brisk day with lovely sun, weak winds, cold temperatures.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): sun, clouds, 4-19/19/5-20/9-18oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, 5-9oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, isolated rain in Lao Cai, 9-18/8-20/10-17oC. Sapa has clouds, rain, 4-8oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, 4-13oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, 8-18oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: little sun, clouds, 7-18/8/11-22oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, 5-10oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun, 11-19/18oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 9-20/10-21oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.

3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: rain, 16/16/15-20oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: clouds, rain, 17-23oC;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): rain, 19/20-22/18-25/20-24oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): sun, clouds, 21-28/20-30/21-30oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) sun, clouds; isolated rain in Gia Lai; 13-27/14-24/17-28oC. Da Lat has clouds, isolated showers, 11-24oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
