One tropical depression (Kajiki) has made landfall in Quang Tri - Hue and the other is making its way from the Northeast of the Paracel Islands (Vietnam) to the southeast of the Hainan Island (China). It is strong wind and rough sea mostly from the Central Coast into the Rach Gia Gulf. Hanoi has a day with mild sunshine and strong winds, extremely pleasant temperatures.
