The whole of Vietnam has a cloudy day and rains, torrential rains all over the northern mountains posing threats of flash floods and landslides, pleasant temperatures in most of the country, a bit warm in the Central Coast from Quang Binh to Phu Yen (high at 35oC). Damage to properties and human beings due to floods and landslides have been reported in Ha Giang, Cao Bang and Yen Bai.
1/The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): torrential rains, attention to landslides and flash floods, 22-27mostly. Dong Van Pleau (Ha Giang) has rains all over, 16-20oC.
The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have rains mostly, 23-28oC mostly. Sapa has rains, 14-18oC. Mu Cang Chai has rains, 19-22oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: rains mostly, torrential rains in Dien Bien and Lai Chau, 21-29oC mostly, 22-33oC in Dien Bien Phu. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds and thunderstorms, 20-23oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds and rains all over, 25-29oC mostly. Hanoi has a day with clouds mostly and early morning rains, cool northerly wind.

4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) clouds and rains, pleasant temperatures, 21-29oC. Da Lat has clouds mostly and rains, 16-23oC.
