The North is experiencing very cold weather. The Central Coast and Central Highlands have mostly clouds ad rain. The South of Vietnam has a lovely day with sun and pleasant temperatures. It is cold in the far northern mountains. Hanoi has brisk day with sun, strong winds, cold temperatures.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds, isolated rain in Ha Giang, 6/7-14/6/9-16oC. Dong Van Geopark has clouds, 4-8oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, isolated rain in Lao Cai, 10-15/8-17/10-16oC. Sapa has clouds, rain, 3-8oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, 6-12oC. Mai Chau has clouds, 8-16oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: little sun, clouds, 6-16/20/9-20oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, 4-8oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, 10-16/9-17oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 10/11-18oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds in Thanh Hoa, rain in the others, 12-18/14-16/18oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: rain, 16-19/17-22/22oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: clouds, rain, 18-23oC;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): clouds, showers, 19/20-23/20-28/22-26oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): sun, clouds, isolated showers in Nha Trang, 21-29/21-32/22-30oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) sun in Buon Ma Thuot; sun, clouds, showers in Kon Tum and Gia Lai; 17-30/28/19-31oC. Da Lat has sun, clouds, 12-25oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
