The cool air masses cause cold and rains in most of northern Vietnam. Hanoi has a cloudy and rainy day with strong north-easterly wind.
A low pressure air trough has entered the East Sea of Vietnam. At 10:00 A.M, the air trough is 500km east south-east of the Song Tu Tay Island, Truong Sa Islands (Spratly Islands of Vietnam). The projected path in the next 24 hours is west northwest and it is possible that the air trough is strengthening to be a tropical depression/storm.
1/North Vietnam

- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, rains, 19-24/26oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 19-25/20-26oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
