The North enjoys a pleasant day: some isolated rain, clouds mostly and great temperatures. The Central Coast has mostly a sunny day with nice temperatures. The Central Highlands have a sunny day with pleasant temperatures. The South of Vietnam has a sunny and warm day. Hanoi has a cloudy day with strong winds, pleasant temperatures and very comfortable feel.
The new spell of Northeasterly Monsoon is having its influence in the far northern mountains and is to have influence to the other regions in the North later today. The wind is weak this time that it makes the temperatures in northern region pleasant. T-storms and rain are expected in the affected region as the wind blow through.
