The North enjoys a pleasant day: weak sunshine and great temperatures. The Central Coast has mostly a sunny day with nice temperatures. The Central Highlands have a sunny day with warm temperatures at mid day. The South of Vietnam has a sunny and hot day. Hanoi has a mildy sunny day with strong winds, pleasant temperatures and very comfortable feel.
A new spell of Northeasterly Monsoon is to blow through northern Vietnam later today. The wind is weak this time that it makes the temperatures in northern region pleasant. T-storms and rain are expected in the affected region as the wind blow through.
