The Central Higlands and South of Vietnam enjoy a great day: sunshine, pleasant temperatures: the best time for family holidays and beach vacations. Hanoi has a cloudy morning, nice breezes and pleasant temperatures; rains in mid afternoon as the cold wind sweeping in.
A new cold air mass is having its influence all over the North of Vietnam and parts of the Central Coast of Vietnam.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds, 8-13/10-14/10-16/12-16oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, isolated showers, 7-10oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, some rains in Lao Cai, 13/13/11-16oC. Sapa has clouds, rains, 7-9oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rains, 10-13oC. Mai Chau has clouds, 12-15oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds, clouds, 12-16/14-18/15-19oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, 9-11oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): some sun, clouds, 12-18/17oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 14-16/13-17oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds, rains, 14-18/16-19/15-20oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: clouds, rains, 18-23/20-23/25oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: clouds, rains, 21-24C;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): little sun, clouds, rains, 21-25/26/18-27/22-26oC.

4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) sun, clouds, 14-28/27/17-28oC. Da Lat has sun, 11-25oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
