The cool Northeasterly Monsoon is blowing through the North and North of the Central Coast of Vietnam today making these regions mildy cold. The Central Highlands and the South of Vietnam have a fabulous day with mostly sun. The North of Vietnam enjoys a nearly perfect weather day with exception of minor rains in Cao Bang and Ha Giang. The Central Coast is deep in rains. Hanoi has a bright sunny and dry day with light winds and very pleasant temperatures.

- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun mostly and clouds in Hoa Binh and Yen Bai, showers in Lao Cai, 20/18-26/17-24oC. Sapa has little sun, clouds, 9-17oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, 11-22oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, 18-25oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 14-26/13-27/15-28oC. Moc Chau Plateau has some sun, rains, 13-18oC.
