A new spell of Northeasterly Monsoon is blowing through northern Vietnam causing clouds and rains in the region. The Central Coast has sun and rains. The Central Highlands and South of Vietnam have mostly sun and clouds. Hanoi has a cloudy morning, nice breezes and pleasant temperatures; rains in mid afternoon as the cold wind sweeping in.
A new cold air mass is starting having its influence in the far northern mountains of Vietnam this morning and is to affect the other regions in the North of Vietnam later today.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds, isolated rains, 9-22/11-17/10-20/12-20oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, isolated showers, 6-13oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, clouds, rains, 14-21/22/13-24oC. Sapa has sun, clouds, clouds, 7-18oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rains, 9-21oC. Mai Chau has clouds, rains, 13-23oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 12-27/15-29/16-30oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, rains, 9-18oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, rains, 13-22/14-24oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 13-22/14-24oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds, rains, 14/16/17-25oC.
