Vietnam seems to be experiencing the best weather in 2019 at this time of the year with lovely weather in all over the country. Another wonderful autumnal day in the North with bright sunshine, a bit warm but still lovely temperatures. It is heading into the rainy season in the Central Coast yet there is still sunshine. It seems to be heading into the dry season in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam which is a bit earlier than usual. Hanoi has a sunny, and very pleasant day.

1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): lovely sun mostly, clouds, 16-31/17-30/16-31/18-31oC. Dong Van Plateau has sun, clouds, 13-22oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, 20-30/32/31oC respectively. Sapa had sun mostly, clouds, 12-20oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, some clouds, 15-24oC. Mai Chau has sun, 18-31oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun mostly, clouds, 15-28/16-29oC/19-31oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, 15-21oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): lovely bright sunshine, 21-31oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 20/21-33oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) sun and clouds in Thanh Hoa, clouds and rains in the others, 22-32/28/22-27C respectively.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: some sun, clouds, showers, 24-29/30/30oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: little sun, clouds, showers, 25-30C;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): little sun in Phu Yen, clouds, scattered thunderstorms and showers, 25-30oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): mostly sun, clouds, 25-30/24-33/32oC.
