The strengthening cool Northeasterly Monsoon makes the temperatures in the North and North of the Central Coast of Vietnam even cooler. It is cloudy in most of Vietnam today, lovely dry a day in the Central Highlands. Hanoi has a cloudy day with lovely temperatures mosty.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds, rains, 20-26/25/21-25/25oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, rains, 16-19oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, rains, 22-26/26/21-27oC. Sapa has clouds, t-storms, 15-19oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rains, 16-23oC. Mai Chau has clouds, isolated showers, 22-25oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, isolated showers, 20-27/19-29/22-30oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, isolated showers, 17-20oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun, clouds, isolated showers, 23-27oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 23-27oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
