The cool Northeasterly Monsoon is sweeping in in the North and North of the Central Coast of Vietnam today making these regions cold by this evening. The Central Highlands have a fabulous day with mostly sun. Hanoi has a birght sunny day with light winds and very pleasant temperatures.
A new spell of cool Northeasterly Monsoon has its effects in the far northeastern mountains of Vietnam. The cool wind is expected to affect the whole of the Northeast, North of the Central Coast, the Northwest and the middle of the Central Coast of Vietnam this afternoon and evening. It gets cold in the North of Vietnam and North of the Central Coast of Vietnam by this evening.

1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): sun, clouds, isolated rains in Cao Bang and Ha Giang, 12-24/13-21/14-22/16-24oC. Dong Van Plateau has sun, clouds, 9-13oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun mostly, clouds, isolated showers in Hoa Binh and Lao Cai, 18-28/17-26/24oC. Sapa has little sun, clouds, rains, 10-16oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rains, 11-19oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, 17-26oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 14-24/27/17-28oC. Moc Chau Plateau has some sun, rains, 12-18oC.
