1/The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds and rains, torrential rains in Ha Giang (Vi Xuyen, Quan Ba, Xin Man, Hoang Su Phi) and Cao Bang (Bao Lam, Bao Lac), pleasant temperatures, 24-33oC. Dong Van Pleau (Ha Giang) has rains mosty, 19-24oC.
The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds and sun, hot, 26-37oC. Sapa has clouds and rains, 16-24oC. Mu Cang Chai has scattered rains mostly, some clouds and sun, 22-27oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun and clouds and scattered thunderstorms, 26-34C. Moc Chau Plateau has sun and clouds mostly, 21-27oC.
