A low pressure air trough forms and causes rough sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau.
1/North Vietnam

- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun mostly, clouds, isolated showers in Yen Bai and Lao Cai, 19-29/20-28/19-26oC. Sapa has little sun, clouds, isolated showers, 13-18oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, rains, 15-23oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, 18-27oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds, 16-26/17-28/18-29oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, isolated showers, 13-19oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): sun, clouds, isolated showers in the south of the Red River Delta, 19-26oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 20-29/28oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) sun, 20-28/27/27oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: sun and clouds in Quang Binh, clouds and rains in Quang Tri and Hue, 22-27/20-26/29oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: sun, clouds, isolated rains, 21-30C;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): little sun, clouds, isolated rains, 22/23-27/21/24-28oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): mostly sun, scattered rains in Nha Trang, 23-27/31/22-31oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) sun, clouds, 17-28/16-31/20-28oC. Da Lat has sun, clouds, scattered rains, 14-25oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
- Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta have sun in Vung Tau, clouds and showers in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta, 25-30oC in Vung Tau, 24-32/33/24-32oC in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta.
