The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, sun and some thunderstorms, 25-35oC. Sapa has clous and rains, 14-24oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds and sun, afternoon thunderstorms, 20-26oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun, clouds and scattered thunderstorms, 22-33C. Moc Chau Plateau has sun and clouds mostly, and thunderstorms, 22-26oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds mostly, some sun, nice temperatures, 27-32oC. Hanoi has a mostly cloudy day with breezes and light showers in the evening.

4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) clouds mostly, rains in the afternoon, 22-32oC. Da Lat has rains, 17-25oC.
