Nice temperatures, clouds and t-storms in most of Vietnam; heavy rain in the far northern mountains, in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. Hanoi has a day with mild sun, clouds, nice temperatures.
A new spell of winter monsoon is making temperatures pleasant all over northern Vietnam .
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds, rain, 21-29/27/27/22-28oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, rain, 16-21oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, rain, 24-30/23-29/28oC. Sapa has clouds, rain, 17-19oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rain, 20-24oC. Mai Chau has clouds, t-storms, 20-29oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien (Dien Bien Phu), Lai Chau: clouds, rain, 21-27/22-26/24-28oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, rain, 18-22oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, isolated t-storms, 25-30/24-31oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 23-30/24-31oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds, rain, 25-31/26/25-32oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: sun, clouds, isolated t-storms, 26-33/24-34/34oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: sun, clouds, isolated t-storms, 25-35oC;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): sun, clouds, isolated t-storms, 25-33/33/32/3oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): sun, clouds, isolated rain, 24-32/32/25-33oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) little sun, clouds, rain, 21-31/20-29/21-31oC. Da Lat has sun, clouds, rain, 15-25oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
- Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta have little sun, clouds, rain, 26-31oC in Vung Tau, 24-32/33/25-32oC in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta.
