And indeed it is a wonderful autumnal day in the North with pleasant breezy and bright sunshine, lovely temperatures. It is heading into the rainy season in the Central Coast yet there is still sunshine. It rains less in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. Hanoi has a sunny, breezy and very pleasant day.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): lovely sun mostly, 17-29/16-31/17-30oC. Dong Van Plateau has sun, 10-22oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun, 18-30/31/17-30oC respectively. Sapa had sun mostly, 11-19oC. Mu Cang Chai has sun, clouds, 13-23oC. Mai Chau has sun, 16-30oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun mostly, isolated showers in Son La, 14-27/15-28oC/17-30oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, 13-20oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): lovely bright sunshine, 21-30/19-31oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 19-32oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) sun, clouds, 21-31/22-30C respectively.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: some sun, clouds, scattered thunderstorms, 25-29/22-29/30oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: little sun, clouds, rains, 24-31C;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): sun, clouds, scattered thunderstorms, 24-31/25-30oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): some sun, clouds, showers in Khanh Hoa, 24-30/23-32/23-31oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) sun, clouds, scattered thunderstorms, pleasant temperatures, 17-31/18-28/20-30oC. Da Lat has sun, clouds, rains, 15-23oC.
