The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds mostly and some thunderstorms, 23-30oC. Sapa has rains, 14-18oC. Mu Cang Chai has thunderstorms, 18-23oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds and thunderstorms, torrential rains in Lai Chau, 21-27oC mostly, 22-31oC in Dien Bien Phu. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds and thunderstorms, 19-21oC.
