More strengthening (high-pressure) cool air masses are moving further southwards pressing the low-pressure air further south and filling up the low-pressure air troughs making temperatures in the North and North of the Central Region of Vietnam drop and causing torrential rains in several affected regions. The hot temperatures are found in most of the Central Region of Vietnam from Quang Tri to Ninh Thuan and it is mostly pleasant temperatures in the rest of the country. Rains are found in most of the North, North of the Central Region, the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam.
1/The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds and rains all over, pleasant temperatures, 22-28oC. Dong Van Pleau (Ha Giang) has clouds and thunderstorms, 16-19oC.
The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds and thunderstorms mostly, torrential rains in Hoa Binh, 24-28oC, 24-31oC in Lao Cai. Sapa has rains, 14-19oC. Mu Cang Chai has thunderstorms, 18-25oC.
Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds and patchy rains, 21-33oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds and thunderstorms, 21-23oC.
The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): rains all over, nice outdoor temperatures, 24-28oC.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) rains all over, torrential rains in Thanh Hoa, 25-30oC.
