Clouds and rain in most of Vietnam, less rain in the North and South. The Central Coast of Vietnam remains flooded most.
A new spell of cool Northeasterly Monsoon affects the North of Vietnam and part of the North of the Central Coast.
A tropical depression forms to the east of the Central Region of the Philippines which may head to the East Vietnam Sea in the next couple of days.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): light sun, clouds, 15-22/16-23/22/23oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, isolated rain, 11-16oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, rain, 19-22/22/18-23oC. Sapa has clouds, rain, 11-14oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rain, 14-17oC. Mai Chau has clouds, rain, 17-21oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien (Dien Bien Phu), Lai Chau: clouds, isolated rain, 15-20/17-22/19-24oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, 13-15oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): weak sun, clouds, 17/18-26oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 19-24/25oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds, rain, 19-23/20-22/22oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: rain, 20-22/24-25/25oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: clouds, rain, 25-26oC;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): clouds, rain, 26/25-27/26-30/30oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): clouds, isolated rain, 25/25/24-31oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) clouds, rain, 22-29/21-27/22-29oC. Da Lat has clouds, rain, 16-23oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
- Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta have clouds, isolated t-storms, 25-30oC in Vung Tau, 25/24-32/32/24-32oC in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta.
- Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh: clouds, rain, 25/24/24-31oC.
- Con Dao Islands have clouds, rain, 27-29oC.
- Phu Quoc Island has clouds, 25-30oC.
