- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): Clouds and rains, 26-34oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, and rains, 20-26oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh (Mai Chau), Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds mostly, some rains in Lao Cai, 28-37oC mostly, 28-35oC in Lao Cai. Sapa has clouds and rains, 17-26oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds and rains, 22-28oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: clouds and rains, 24-32oC mostly, 24-34oC in Lai Chau. Moc Chau Plateau has hazy sun, 22-27oC.
