Central Highlands and the South of Vietnam have a wonderful day with sun, clouds and lovely temperatures; today is among the best days to travel in these regions; a great day for beach vacations and family holidays. The North has mostly clouds, light rains as a new of cold monsoon is sweeping through. The Central Coast has only some rains today, mostly clouds and some sun which is great given that it is in the rainy season here now. Hanoi has a mostly cloudy day, some light rains in the morning, pleasant temperatures.
A new spell of Monsoon is having its influence all the North of Vietnam and the North of the Central Region of Vietnam. More of the Central Coast is having the cold wind influence later today.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): clouds and rains, 12-14/14/13-15/15-18oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, rains, 10-11oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds mostly, isolated rains, 16-20/18/14-19oC. Sapa has clouds, rains, 11-14oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rains, 13-19oC. Mai Chau has clouds, rains, 16-19oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: little sun, clouds, isolated rains, 15-22/24/17-24oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, 13-16oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): mostly clouds, some isolated rains, 16-18/17-19oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 16-18/17-19oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds mostly, some isolated rains, 17-20/18-23/19-24oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: little sun, clouds, isolated rains in Quang Binh & Quang Tri, 21-26/28/20-28oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: some sun, clouds, evening isolated showers, 21-28C;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): some sun, clouds, isolated evening rains in Phu Yen, 21-27/26/20-28/23-27oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): sun, clouds, 21-28/31/20-30oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) sun, clouds, 15-30/28/19-28oC. Da Lat has some sun, clouds, 11-25oC.
