The North enjoys a nice day with sun, clouds, and pleasant temperatures mostly, hot in the extreme North-West. The Central Coast has some sun, clouds with nice temperatures, hot in some parts. The Central Highlands have a sunny day with nice temperatures, t-storms, hot in some parts. The South of Vietnam has a hot day. Hanoi has a dry day with sun, clouds, strong winds, and pleasant temperatures and comfortable feel.
The temperatures are hight (>35oC) in: the Extreme Northwest of Vietnam, parts of the Central Coast, parts of the Central Highlands an most of South Vietnam and the Mekong Delta. The reason for this heat strike is due to the expanding thermal air trough with the axis between 24th and 27th parallel north which is connecting with the hot air region to the west of Vietnam.
