The tropical depression (No. 5) is over but the influence includes torrential rain in many places in Vietnam.
The first spell of cold wind is having its influence all over the North of Vietnam causing rain and pleasant temperatures.
1/North Vietnam
- The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): little sun in Ha Giang; clouds and rain in the others, 22-25/25/26/28oC. Dong Van Plateau has clouds, 17-19oC.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, t-storms, 24-25/23-24/22-25oC. Sapa has sun, clouds,16-18oC. Mu Cang Chai has rain, 20-21oC. Mai Chau has clouds, t-storms, 23-25oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien (Dien Bien Phu), Lai Chau: clouds, t-storms, 20-24/21-27/23-30oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, rain, 18-19oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, isolated rain, 25/24-29oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 24-28/25oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
2/North of the Central Region (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh) clouds, rain, 24-27/25-29/30oC.
3/The coastal areas in the Central Region of Vietnam (Central Coast of Vietnam including: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan)
- Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue: clouds, rain, 26-31/25-33/33oC.
- Da Nang, Hoi An: clouds, rain, 26-33oC;
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (Quy Nhon Beach), Phu Yen (Tuy Hoa Beach): rain, 26-32/32/25-30/30oC.
- Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang), Ninh Thuan (Ninh Chu Beach), Binh Thuan (Phan Thiet Beach, Mui Ne Beach): clouds, rain, 24-31/30/29oC.
4/The Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai - Pleiku, Dak Lak - Buon Ma Thuot, Lam Dong) clouds, rain, 22-26/20-24/21-28oC. Da Lat has rain, 15-20oC.
5/The South of Vietnam:
- Vung Tau, Saigon, Mekong Delta have clouds, rain, 26-30oC in Vung Tau, 25-31/32/24-32oC in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta.
- Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh: clouds, t-storms, 24-31/31/25-30oC.
- Con Dao Islands have clouds, rain, winds, 28-30oC.
- Phu Quoc Island has clouds, rain, winds, 26-28oC.
