The Southwesterly Monsoon is getting strong causing thunderstorms in the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang. The sea is rough from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau. There are rains and torrential rains in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam.

1/North Vietnam

- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have sun mostly, isolated showers in Hoa Binh, 23-29/30/31oC respectively. Sapa had sun mostly, some clouds, 16-21oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, thunderstorms, 18-23oC. Mai Chau has sun, clouds, rains, 22-29oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau: sun mostly, scattered showers in Son La, 20-28/29oC/22-33oC. Moc Chau Plateau has sun, clouds, thunderstorms, 18-21oC.
