A new spell of cool Northeasterly Monsoon is to affect the North of Vietnam today causing nice temperatures.
Torrential rain in the Central Coast of Vietnam from Ha Tinh to Quang, the highest rainfall within the last 24 hours is up to nearly 600mm.
A tropical depression forms to the east of the Central Region of the Philippines which may head to the East Vietnam Sea in the next couple of days.
1/North Vietnam

- The Northwest of Vietnam:
+ Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have clouds, isolated rain, 19-22/23/17-22oC. Sapa has some light sun, clouds, isolated rain, 11-12oC. Mu Cang Chai has clouds, rain, 14-16oC. Mai Chau has clouds, rain, 18-21oC.
+ Son La, Dien Bien (Dien Bien Phu), Lai Chau: sun, clouds, isolated rain, 15-21/17-20/19-22oC. Moc Chau Plateau has clouds, 13-16oC.
- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds, isolated rain, 18-22/23oC in Halong Bay and Hai Phong, 19/18-22oC in Hanoi and the Red River Delta.
